Well, there are a few reasons. The biggest reason is cost. We considered pulling out all the stops and inviting everyone we love, but we also want to be fiscally responsible as we start our lives. In order to balance the two, we decided to split the occasion. The timing is also huge. We would honestly get married today if we could. We are so ready, but we aren't in the right place in our lives to plan a big wedding. We both have very stressful jobs that are taking time away from our planning efforts. We'd rather not wait to have the time and money for a big ceremony.
For people going in person: November 1, 2022 For people attending the zoom livestream: ASAP; We need to make sure all of you know how to get in. We only have enough seats for 100 people on the Zoom Call so you need to reserve it quick. Please watch it together as a family so that we don't have multiple people in the same house on the same call. We should also have another live stream, but on the Zoom Call we can see you and your reactions. ~ ~ ~ Wedding Shower (Coming Soon): If you would like to bring food, please RSVP. Other than that, anybody can come and go as they please to celebrate. It will double as a housewarming. Reception (Coming Soon): Whenever you can, but the sooner the better so that we can find a venue that fits all of us comfortably.
