FAQs

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be located outdoors but tents will be set if weather permits. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors but there will also be a covered patio!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please stray from traditional wedding colors like white, cream, ivory, etc. No jeans or sneakers.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue 20 minutes early to be sure you’re able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it starts.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

No. There is a time gap in between the ceremony and start of cocktail hour. Please keep this in mind when finding arrangements for the evening. You are welcome to head to cocktail hour early but drinks will not be paid for beforehand. If you are coming from out of town, hotels will be blocked off and we encourage you to take the extra time to freshen up there.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Question

Can my children come?

Answer

While we love all the little ones in our lives, we have opted for an adults-only celebration and will have only few children on certain RSVPs. We hope you understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating this special day with you.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

To help us in our planning process, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date listed on the invitation. This is very important in our planning, and will not be able to accommodate for anyone that RSVPs after this date. Your timely response will help us ensure a seamless and joyous celebration for everyone.

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We kindly and politely ask that you take no photographs during the wedding ceremony. We picked the perfect photographer and would like her and her only to capture moments during the ceremony. Of course, after the ceremony, you are welcome and VERY encouraged to take as much photos and videos as possible! We ask that you do not upload any photos of the bride or groom to social media until we have uploaded our own photos.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Where should I stay for the night?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our “Travel” tab to see hotels in the area. We will also have limited rooms blocked.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking outside of both venues. If you are drinking, please have a designated driver or an Uber/Lyft. We want everyone to get home safely! You are welcome to park your cars in the reception parking lot over night, but please pick your car as soon as possible the next morning.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

While we want everyone to have as much fun as possible, there will be limited alcohol included. We will have drinks included until a certain point, then cash bar will be available.

Question

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
