Mid to late October in Flagstaff tends to see highs in the 60s and lows around 40. It could definitely rain or snow, so dress warm!
The earliest that guests will be ushered onto the property is 3:30pm. Seating will begin at 3:45pm, ceremony starts at 4pm.
Parking is onsite, uncovered, around 100ft from the venue.
Depending on how many of our guests will be staying at the two hotels that are listed on the Travel page, we will be renting either a few shuttles or a 50 passenger bus to take guests to the venue and back at the end of the night.
Cocktail Attire
Ceremony will be open air on the side of the mountain, uneven ground. Reception area is flat, concrete, and there are a couple stairs as well as a wheelchair ramp. We would not recommend stilettos, but any other footwear should be fine.
Cocktail hour will begin directly after the ceremony. Select beer, wine, and cocktails will be served. Our venue offers an open bar. Please drink responsibly!
We love (almost) all types of music and realize our guests do as well. We have chosen specific songs we want played, but requests will be taken. We want everyone to have a good time!
Yes! Vehicles must be picked up by 11am the following morning. We want everyone to get home safely!
We plan to go to a few bars and grab some bites and drinks in downtown Flagstaff after the wedding to continue the celebration (If we aren't too tired from the festivities of the day).
