Once upon a time, on a warm October night, Amara made plans to carpool with her friend Steven to a young adult ministry meeting at a Catholic Church in Riverside, CA. Steven invited his friend Angel to come along and they all carpooled and really enjoyed their time together. In the coming days, Amara made plans to host a Halloween party and invited all her friends, Angel was also invited. Angel and Amara enjoyed each others company and found opportunities to see one another more frequently. One November night, Angel asked Amara on their first date to the Lavender Fields, their date was held on 11.10.23. When the night had ended, Angel walked Amara to overlook the twinkly lights decorating the lavender fields and he looked Amara in the eyes and asked her to be his girlfriend. Amara excitedly agreed and they had their relationship blessed the very next day by their Catholic priest Fr. Bryant. In the coming year, Amara and Angel built a very strong relationship. They flourished as a couple and were very happy with one another, when one day Angel made the decision that he wanted to be with Amara for the rest of his days. Angel went to Amara's father and asked for her hand in marriage and her father gave Angel his blessing. Just one day after Christmas (12.26.24) Amara received her best present yet! On a trip with Amara's family, Angel got down on one knee overlooking the ocean and asked Amara to be his wife, she of course said YES! Now, this isn't where their story ends, rather it is only the beginning of Amara and Angel's fairytale! They are prepared for the next chapter of their life and are excited for the plans God has in store for them!
