How do I access the broadcast of the ceremony?

Answer

Under the Schedule tab, you will see an event labeled "The Ceremony Broadcast" where you can add the event to your calendar and access the event the day of. Our event takes place over Zoom, so you may need to create a free account if it doesn't show up directly on the page. Make sure to mute your microphones!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Zola! You can access our registry directly on the website by pressing Registry. There is also an option to contribute to our honeymoon if you would like to help make it special. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

It's best to arrive a bit early, around 5:15 PM as our coordinator will be starting the ceremony at 5:30 PM sharp to save plenty of time for the party!

Our dress code is Semi-Formal. We want you to look good!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have accounted for a plus one for everyone who has a current partner in crime. If you are unsure, reach out to Bradley Manley, our groom, at (303) 552-8642 or Mia Woodley, the maid of honor, at (720) 397-0608. Make sure to introduce yourself!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your envelope was addressed to your family, then we are expecting you to bring your kiddos! If not, just ask! We may have room for more!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have listed four hotel options under the Hotel tab. These are the four closest hotels to our venue. We recommend you stay at one of these if you plan on taking full advantage of our open bar!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have made our venue aware of peanut allergies, but if you have any other allergy, such as gluten, please let us know as soon as possible so we can have a special meal for you if needed! Our buffet does have three different meat options (chicken, salmon and prime rib), mashed potatoes, veggies, and multiple salads including a fruit salad and pasta salad. If you don't think you will be able to eat any of these options, please let us know!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue site. If you plan on taking full advantage of our open bar, please consider using an Uber/Lyft as your main transportation for the evening!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We have an open bar for our cocktail and reception as well as bottles of wine at each table during our dinner! Our bar includes soft drinks, beer, wine and well liquor. Premium liquors will not be included in the open bar tab and you will need to purchase those on your own.
