We were the classic high school sweethearts. We met junior year in 2018 after being placed in the same classes, and it didn’t take long for us to become friends. I’ll always be grateful for the day he asked for my number—it was the start of something so special. From late-night phone calls and senior prom to graduation and every adventure since, we’ve grown together in so many meaningful ways.
