Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

To welcome our guests, we’ll be gathering at Fresa’s, one of our favorite Austin Tex-Mex restaurants. Light bites and drinks will be provided. This is a come-and-go event. If you're in town the day before the wedding, feel free to stop by at any time between 7:30 and 10:00 PM. Attire: Cocktail casual Cocktail dresses, skirts, or dress pants with a button-down are appropriate. Sport coats and ties are optional.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM, with dinner and dancing to follow. Please note we will be on grass during the ceremony and part of the reception. Transportation will be provided from our Downtown Austin hotel blocks to and from Barr Mansion. Onsite parking is available for those who choose to drive. Attire: Black-tie optional Floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses are appropriate, along with tuxedos or dark suits with a tie.
