If you have a food allergy, please contact Amanda or Joanna before the day of the wedding. We will be sure to let the chef know. Our dinner entrees are short rib topped with demi glaze and crispy shallots accompanied with red bliss mashed potatoes and carrots with caramelized onions. There is also parmesan and arugula chicken accompanied with herbed risotto and roasted carrots. We are also serving a vegetarian option which is creamy polenta with mushroom ragout and asparagus.
