avec Restaurant
Hands down our favorite restaurant in Chicago, Avec is Michelin "Bib Gourmand" certified and was recently featured on FX's The Bear. Standout dishes include the chorizo stuffed dates and the short rib hummus, although the menu changes frequently based on seasonality. Reservations are recommended.
The iO Theater
Paul performs here on Thursday nights at 7:30pm as a member of Anarchy - The Improvised Rock Opera. He will not be in the performance the night before the wedding...we'll be at the rehearsal dinner. But you could still go see the rest of the cast rock out!
