Things To Do

Denver Botanic Gardens

1007 York Street, Denver, CO 80206

As wedding guests, you have free access to the gardens for the entire day of Sunday, Sept. 6th. Just mention that you are with Bobby and Amanda's wedding upon entry. You can show up any time after the 9 AM opening if you want to explore the rest of the gardens.

Chautauqua Trail Overlook

Chautauqua Trail Overlook

24 Chautauqua Trail, Boulder, CO 80302

If you're staying near Boulder, we highly recommend visiting Chautauqua Park and hiking up to the flatirons. The parking lot is small but you can park in the neighborhood.

Loveland Laser Tag

401 North Denver Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537

This place is very nostalgic for Bobby and many of his friends who grew up in Fort Collins. We'll probably do laser tag here on Friday, Sept. 4th, all are welcome. Will update details 1-2 months before wedding.

Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky Mountain National Park

Bear Lake Rd, Estes Park, CO 80517

While you're in Colorado, we highly recommend visiting Rocky Mountain National Park if you get a chance. Please note that entry to RMNP requires a timed entry pass; September passes open up August 1st at 8 AM MDT.

Pearl Street Mall

1303 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302

This pedestrian street in Boulder is a fun place to people-watch and get food. There are lots of good restaurants here, our personal recommendation would be Zoe Ma Ma, for Chinese noodles.

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse

1770 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302

This was Bobby and Amanda's first date! This teahouse was made in Tajikstan, shipped and reassembled in Boulder, and the walls and ceilings are beautifully decorated.

Boulder Farmers Market

13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302

This farmers market is on Saturday mornings, and has a good variety of food stalls and produce. We especially like Savory Saigon, a food truck at the farmers market with crepes and bánh mì.

Casa Bonita

6715 West Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80214

This Colorado classic has reopened, and apparently the food is no longer terrible. Come here if you like caves, gorillas, sopapillas, and shootouts.
