It's a tale as old as time - boy and girl share mutual friend. Mutual friend says that girl thinks boy is cute. Boy states he is going to send girl a message. Friend says that's a terrible idea. Boy sends Friend Request instead. Girl calls friend from Target "What's his deal? That's odd." Girl goes against better judgement and accepts. And the rest is history.

Colin was arriving to Key West the day after Christmas, and he suggested a picnic date night. Which was very, very sweet! But kind of random. Amanda spent the day with friends, wondering if something funny was about to happen and had no idea they were all part of the big plan. The picnic was so beautiful, right near the water and the weather was perfect (it was actually pretty chilly for Key West standards). After what felt like forever (but that probably has more to do with Amanda's impatience), Colin finally asked Amanda for forever. And she was like "sure!"
