What's the best airport to use?

Answer

We so appreciate all of our out of town guests traveling to celebrate with us! Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is the closest to our wedding venue (about 30-40 minutes). Additional options are Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Both are about 1 hour 30 minutes away and a great option if you are able to rent a car!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd greatly appreciate your RSVP as soon as you know whether you and your party can attend. At the latest, please RSVP by May 27, 2026!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, those formally invited on your invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved date night for parents!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal for our wedding. No jeans, please.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Certainly! Please enter any allergies you have when you submit your RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. The doors to the venue will open 45 minutes ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 20-30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking on-site at Magnolia Hill Chapel. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Additionally, Uber/Lyft/etc. can be utilized to get to and from the venue. Pre-scheduling a ride is recommended!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors! Our hors d'oeuvre hour will be held outdoors under a shaded patio!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to bless us with a gift, you can have it delivered to The Donaldson's home at 5730 Meadow Lane Pfafftown, NC 27040. Additionally, a wedding card box will be at our reception.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Target, Amazon, and Williams Sonoma! If you would like to bless us with a gift off of our registry, they can be found by clicking "Registry" at the top right of this page.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
