To help minimize COVID exposure, we are no longer hosting welcome drinks. We'll see you at the wedding!
We are providing everyone with day of COVID-19 Testing. We are requesting everyone mask while at the indoor bar, on the dance floor, or in the restroom. All servers and vendors will be fully vaccinated and masked. All guests are encouraged to use the outdoor venue space as much as possible.
Everyone will be provided an at-home rapid COVID-19 test in their welcome bag. The test should be used the morning of the wedding, and takes 15 minutes. Take a photo of your negative result on your phone to present upon entrance to the venue. You will be greeted with champagne in exchange!
Welcome bags will be provided to you at check-in to your hotel. If you are not staying at our hotel blocks overnight, we will arrange to deliver them to you prior to wedding day. If necessary, you can pick it up at the Hotel Front Desk of The Roundhouse. There is a bathroom in the hotel lobby, a waiting area, and plenty of outdoor space while you wait for your results.

There will be a shuttle for Hotel Pick-up and Drop-off from both the Wedding & Afterparty. The shuttle will also be available to bring guests to the Beacon Metro-North Station for the 11:12 pm train back to NYC. Uber & Lyft are also available in the Beacon area.
