Question

Is Zorba Tulum Beach House an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

No, Zorba is not an all-inclusive resort (think beach condo). Each Zorba Villa has a full kitchen. If you'd like to procure groceries/alcohol before your arrival please visit www.riveriamayagroceries.com. For a $25 delivery fee and a minimum of $100 spent, groceries (aka alcohol) will be waiting for you when arriving to your villa. Not interested in cooking on vacation? You are in luck! Zorba is located next to multiple restaurants that offer a wide-range of food and drink options. Waiting for you on arrival will be menus and pricing of neighboring restaurants. Don't forget to check the events page before ordering food as some meals will be provided.

Question

Are kids invited to attend the Wedding Weekend?

Answer

Adelyn and Caleb are so happy to be a part of our special weekend. The only other kids that will be in attendance will be the nieces and nephews of the bride and groom.

Question

What are the arrival and departure times for Zorba Beach Homes?

Answer

Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Zorba can hold luggage in the welcome area if guests arrive earlier or have a later departure.

Question

What currency should I bring for the trip?

Answer

Credit cards are accepted in some places, but it is important to have cash. There are ATM’s in the beach area to withdraw US dollars or pesos. However, they sometimes run out of cash. In town, there is a Scotia bank to exchange money at bank rates and there are also money exchanges.
