Two Paths, One Purpose

Long before we officially met, we kept crossing paths on the trail. What we didn't realize at the time was that we were both there for many of the same reasons- to clear our minds, find peace, and spend time in prayer with Jehovah. Without knowing it, our paths were crossing while Jehovah was preparing an answer to prayers we had both been making. With each familiar passing glance, curiosity grew. At one point, I, Amanda, even worked up the courage to use a cheesy pick-up line when I saw him. Thankfully, he didn't run in the opposite direction! Meanwhile, I, Zach, was interested from the start, but I found myself asking an important question: Am I ready to spiritually lead and support her in the way she deserves? It was also a blessing that we attended the same congregation, as it gave us the opportunity to get to know one another on a deeper level. What seemed like a simple coincidence quickly revealed itself to be something much more meaningful. As we spent more time together, we discovered how much we had in common, including our faith, our values, and our desire to build a life centered around Jehovah. Since Fall of 2025, or Summer 2025 depending on who you ask, we've shared countless laughs, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable memories. Through every season of our relationship, including studying the Bible together, our faith has continued to guide us, and our love has continued to grow. Looking back, it's amazing to see how Jehovah was working behind the scenes all along. What began as two people seeking Him on the same trail led to Zach proposing on a new trail we discovered together and ultimately to this next chapter of our lives. With grateful hearts, we invite you to join us as we celebrate our marriage and the blessing of a love story that began with faith, a familiar face, and one very cheesy pick-up line. P.S. We're still debating whether our story officially started in Summer or Fall, but we're in complete agreement about how thankful we are that it started at all.
