Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are suggesting "beach formal" for our guests. Suggested outfits for men include slacks or chinos, a button down shirt, and a suit jacket or blazer. Midi and mini dresses, as well as jumpsuits or formal rompers are suggestions for women. The sand is packed down so if you would like to wear heels you will be safe! Given it will be February, temperatures can get chilly as the sun sets, so we suggest bringing an extra layer (like a cardigan or sweatshirt) to throw on if needed.

What are the food choices?

Answer

At the rehearsal dinner, we will be having a BBQ buffet style with grilled Mahi and jerk chicken as the main entrees. At the wedding, we will be having various food stations: Mexican, Pasta, Seafood and a Carving station. On Sunday, we will be getting large grinders of various meats and sides. If you have a food allergy, please reach out to Tyler and Amanda directly and we will be more than happy to make you a special accommodation!

If I am taking the complimentary shuttle, what time will it pick me up and drop me off at my hotel?

Answer

We are providing a trolley to and from our venue on the day of our wedding if you stay at Marina Del Mar & Marina, Courtyard by Mariott Key Largo, Holiday Inn Key Largo, or Key Largo Bay Marriot Beach Resort. The pickup and dropoff times will be provided to you all as we get closer to the date and have a more accurate headcount. The times will either be communicated on the website here or at the rehearsal dinner. Reach out to confirm any of this with us if there are still questions!

If I am driving to the venue, where can I park?

Answer

Follow the signs to "Hidden Beach" when you enter and you can park anywhere property including on the sand except: Never park on the street, Do not park in areas posted with no parking, and please don’t park in front of the garage doors or gates.

Are the ceremony and reception both at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be held at Key Largo Lighthouse Beach - Hidden Beach.

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

No, however, there are plenty of local accommodation options, including the 4 hotels we are suggesting, just over a mile away. There are also many air bnbs in the area if you prefer that method of housing! Please refer to the "Travel" section for special codes for the 4 hotels to receive a discounted rate.

What does the day-after party consist of?

Answer

We are lucky enough to have our venue for the whole day on Sunday and invite all our guests to come back and continue celebrating. There will be plenty of food, drinks and beach activities. We didn't forget it was Super Bowl Sunday! A live streaming of the event will be held on the beach. If you want to swim in the pool, bring a suit and towel
