What is the dress-code?

The wedding attire is semi-formal, and western attire is welcome—but absolutely not required. Wear your cowboy hats and boots, or don’t. We’re just happy to celebrate with you either way!

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we both love the "more the merrier" mentality we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If you were given a plus one, it will be included on your invite and listed when you search your name on the RSVP tab. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

With the ceremony beginning at 4:00 PM, we recommend arriving between 3:15–3:30 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat. Members of the Kinship team will be available to shuttle guests to the ceremony site and help guide you where to go.

What is the best way to RSVP?

The best way to RSVP is to visit the RSVP tab, search your name, and RSVP directly on this site by June 11th.

What can I expect for weather?

Well, it is July, so you can expect it to be a little toasty! The venue is fully outdoors, with plenty of shade available at the reception area to help keep everyone comfortable.

How far is it from the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is the Reno-Tahoe International airport located approximately an hour from the venue.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so please arrive with enough time to park and find your seat. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will take place until approximately 5:45 PM, when the reception begins. Dinner will be served around 6:00 PM. The celebration will wrap up around 10:00 PM — you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here!
