When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4pm....this is just the reception so we have a cocktail hour for the first hour, followed by the Grand Entrance/First Dances, then dinner is served via buffet, and ending with dancing the night away.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Technically, Cocktail attire....no dress code will be enforced but looking fancy is encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, smaller children have been allowed and specifically notified, otherwise, no children please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only those who have been invited are allowed to attend. Plus one's have been added for a few guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are staying at the Home2Suites and that information is located under the travel tab. There are two hotel recommendations that are the closest to the venue, otherwise there are other hotels available in the area so please contact me if any help is needed in that decision.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

They have a parking lot that is capable of handling all the cars for the event. Also to note that cars are able to stay at the venue's parking lot overnight if Ubers are called to give rides, and you are able to return the next day to retrieve your vehicles. The venue is in a gated community and will remain safe overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately no, only Uber or Lyft will be available for use.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Any special requests are able to be mentioned when you RSVP.

What do I do when I get to the gated entrance for the venue?

Answer

Tell the guard you are there for the Vieyra Wedding. Now let's have fun!!!
