Let's start by saying that we've had quite a journey! We met for the first time in 2015 when we worked at the prison in Folsom - Tracy in Mental Health and Amanda in Human Resources. We worked together there for a few years, had a lot of laughs, and learned about each other through the friendship we built. Our stars were not quite aligned at that time and we spent many years apart on different paths in life, but we never forgot about each other. The universe brought us back together in 2020 where our reconnection grew into a strong and intense love that we've nurtured ever since. We are so grateful for each other and this opportunity to build an incredible life together!

During a week-long vacation at a resort in Newport Beach, Tracy proposed in the most perfect and beautiful way! We were on the beach at Crystal Cove State Park, drinking our favorite bottle of White Barbera from Cielo Winery, watching the most gorgeous sunset, and slow dancing to our favorite love songs. Couldn't get much better than that!
