We will start around 4pm and do a run through of the wedding ceremony with the wedding party. All other guests can meet us down in the lobby, and we will head down the mountain for dinner. There are a few places in the surrounding towns we are debating. TBD on restaurant.
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Wear something warm and snuggly!
This will most likely be held on the patio facing Mt. Hood. We will have a little desert and mingle before getting our beauty sleep! No bags under our eyes on the big day!
10:00 am - 11:45 am
Bring your boots and heels and come to the bride's fireplace suite
The ladies will get ready and have a mimosa and charcuterie bar to relax before we get this party started. Outfits will be provided, pictures and videos will happen. Any and all ladies are welcome to come on by for a drink and a photoshoot. I want every second captured.

Tony and I will be reading our vows in private in one of the coolest places inside the lodge. We will be separated by an open door but will be able to hear each other when sharing this special moment. You are welcome to crash the party from afar, but shhhhh we are attempting to make it seem like we are alone.
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Bridesmaids dress, boots only, cozy clothes, wedding attire
The bride, bridesmaids and moms will be making our way up on the snowcat to the hut for pictures and preparation.

Cocktail Hour will be held in the Silcox Hut with videographers while the bride and groom take photos during "blue hour" in bride's additional dress. Feel free to give fabulous video footage and great candid convo. At 5:30 the videographers will start setting up for ceremony.
5:00 pm - 5:15 pm
Special prayer time, videographer required. In downstairs room at the Silcox Hut
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Ceremony officiated by Tony Padgett and prompt exit.
7:15 pm - 7:30 pm
We will take time to have all the groomsmen with an addition of sweet General Booty and bridesmaids to line up coronation style and shoot color cannons into the air to FINALLY reveal what Baby G is! Family will stand on one end of coronation row and bride and groom on the other. That way the photographer and videographer can get the best shots. PLEASE be as animated and wild as possible. We have waited a long time for this moment of revelation.
7:45 pm - 8:00 pm
Bride and Groom, Father and Bride, and Mother and Groom dances. We will hurry because mama will be STARVING.
8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
It will be a small group but we all better dance!
10:30 pm - 11:00 pm
First ride back down is 10:30. Anyone who is ready to get some sleep and be lame can head on down. Remember... the one year anniversary party March 2025 will be an extension of this night with 5x the people!
