Question

How do I book my room?

Answer

1. Go to https://www.destinationweddings.com/Weddings/Guests/AttendaWedding 2. Enter Last Name: Durkin 3. Enter Passcode: AMANDA&TIM Create your account using your best email address. This account is where your room information will be stored and where you can make payments. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and select the dates you are planning to attend. This will populate the different rooms selection and the different prices. If you would like to stay any of the days outside of the listed room block, please reach out to our Specialist Kim to confirm the dates and room you would like to stay in. Please note all prices are listed per person based on the number of individuals staying in the room. Once you select your room type add your additional rooming information and submit the request to our agent and she will confirm your room with you once complete.

Question

When do I need to book my room?

Answer

As soon as possible! With the recent travel restrictions slowly lifting, hotels are filling up quickly. By booking sooner, you are able to guarantee that the specific room in our block that will work for you will be available at the prices listed. You can book your room with a small initial deposit and pay over time. All Rooms must be paid in full by August 15th. If you book after August 15th, you must pay for the full room price at the time of booking. Please note that beginning June 15th the hotel will begin removing rooms from our block and there will only be a limited number of room types available. You are still able to request any of the room types in our block at the block pricing however, we cannot guarantee that they will be available after this date.

Do I need to purchase the Travel Protection Plan (TPP) when booking my room?

Answer

Short Answer: Yes! Anyone who has purchased TPP will receive back the full value of all monies paid, either as a refund and/or future travel credit (depending on the TPP policy), minus the cost of the TPP which is non refundable. As we have all seen the last year and a half, you never know what can happen!

Do I need to book through the room block?

Answer

Booking through our room block is the best way to book your room for our wedding. Not only is this a special discounted rate for being in our wedding party, but it also ensures your participation in all of our wedding activities.

What do the Club Rooms get me?

Answer

What rooms grant Club access and/ or Butler Service?

Answer

When will flights become available?

Answer

Flights are now available for booking! Apps like Hopper can help you track flights from different airlines to determine the best time to buy at the most affordable price!

How can I get to and from the airport in Punta Cana and our resort?

Answer

The price for transportation is included in your room price when booking through our room block. Additional details will be provided at the time of booking explaining your transportation.

What activities are guests required to attend?

Answer

All guests are welcome to attend any of the events we plan on having Wednesday through Friday of our wedding week! We know this is a vacation for you as well so please feel free to use the time as you wish.
