When is the RSVP Deadline? How Do I RSVP?

Answer

The latest date for a Valid RSVP is July 20th, 2026. You can RSVP from the Home Page of this website, the RSVP tab, or from the QR Code on your Invite that takes you to the home page of the website.

Can I change/update my RSVP?

Answer

Yes, you can! Either contact us directly or resend an updated RSVP.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We want everyone looking and feeling their best! We would love to see everyone in semi-formal attire! Be dressed nicely, but comfort is also a priority. A variation of our colors, Rust, Champagne, Dark Green, and Golds, would be perfect! If you don't own any of those colors, black is totally cool with us! We kindly ask no white. The venue has lots of dirt/unpaved areas, so be sure to have appropriate footwear for safety and comfort.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love dates and you! However, the venue has limitations. If your invite has a plus one or is addressed to two, bring them! If not, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate. Be sure to check the envelope your invite came with! We look forward to celebrating with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To make sure all of our guests can relax and enjoy themselves, we kindly request no children at the wedding. Party it up!

What is the Nearest Airport to fly to?

Answer

The easiest airport to fly to is Spokane International Airport (GEG) in Spokane, Washington! It is about a 45-minute drive from the airport to the Post Falls/Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The venue is outside, so the weather will be a factor. Please feel free to bring jackets or other articles of clothing if the weather is shaping up to be colder.

Are pictures allowed during the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you leave the phones/cameras to the professionals. We greatly appreciate the desire to forever memorialize our unity, but we have a photographer/videographer so you can enjoy the moment without having to worry about angles.

What food are we going to have?

Answer

We are going with Mexican food! Catered by the Wonderful Rancho Viejo from Post Falls! What's Included: Snack/Grazing Table Taco Bar (Beef and Chicken) Nacho Bar Salad Bar Spanish Rice and Beans Chips and Guacamole

Is there an Open bar?

Answer

Yes, after the Ceremony. The bar will open up for a small cocktail hour before the reception. The bar will be fully open during the reception and dinner.
