What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 3:45pm, although you are welcome to arrive earlier. There is a tasting room next door to the venue and it will be open on the day of our wedding. You are welcome to save your seat and purchase a tasting next door before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both located at 5050 Arroyo Road. There is a large parking lot and guests are welcome to leave cars overnight.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and CB2. You can browse the registry page up above. We are looking forward to our honeymoon and appreciate any gifts you would like to contribute towards our honeyfund. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We respectfully request that you not wear jeans. The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be outdoors on a lawn under a tent. We recommend avoiding spiked heels as we do not want guests getting stuck in the grass. The tent will be heated but it is a good idea to bring a light sweater or jacket.

Can I bring a date?

We are incredibly fortunate to have been blessed with so many loving family and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any uninvited guests.

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 15, 2019.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at both the Courtyard by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn in Livermore. Please see the Travel page to book your hotel room.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you are arriving on Friday night we will be gathering for a welcome reception at the Hilton Garden Inn. Please see the Schedule page for more details.
