When should I RSVP by?

We ask that guests RSVP at least by Wednesday May 26th, 2025

Is the Ceremony and the Reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to say that the ceremony and the reception will be at the same location. Location: 3 Consuelo Pl, Oakdale, NY 11769

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available at our venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children but we kindly ask that you please leave them home for this event.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Hotel Recommendations?

Answer

There are a number of accommodation options in the area, from hotels to AirBnB. We recommend booking early, as the area can be a popular destination this time of year. We recommend the the Hilton Garden Inn Islip/MacArthur Airport, which is about a 13 minute drive to our venue.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes! There will be options for all dietary needs. We ask that if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies to please write that in the RSVP section online or on the Invite card provided. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is the only thing we could ask for! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be much appreciated.

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Yes, but we ask that you refrain from posting any pictures of our daughter, Charlotte. We thank you in advance for understanding and respecting our wishes. Remember to tag us and use our wedding hashtag: #RossPartyof3
