Yes! We are arranging shuttles centered around the two hotels listed on the travel page. Both the Hyatt Regency and the Embassy Suites have plenty of parking if you are not staying there but would like to utilize the shuttles. Shuttles will be departing from each hotel at 4:15pm, please feel free to use the shuttles. Shuttles will be available throughout the evening to return guests to the two hotels. There is parking at both the venues for Friday and Saturday. FOR THE WELCOME PARTY: There is a large city owned public parking area on Municipal Wharf II and the Fisherman's Wharf area. Both are paid parking and located directly across from the venue. The venue is also easly accessible by ride share like uber/lyft. The Monterey Beach Station's address is 285 Figueroa Street, Monterey, CA 93940 FOR THE WEDDING DAY: We are arranging shuttles for guests to and from the wedding and highly encourage guests to use the shuttles for ease and safety. Shuttles will be provided from the two hotels where the blocks are located (more information on the TRAVEL page). Shuttles will depart both the hotels at 4:15pm for the wedding. If you choose not to take a shuttle and would prefer to drive you are welcome to, there is plenty of parking at the venue. The Wedding Venue is The Club at Pasadera and is located at 100 Pasadera Drive, Monterey, CA 93940. There is a gate at the venue, please give them your name and tell them you are a wedding guest. The venue is also easily accessible by uber/lyft.
Yes, absolutely! We want to spend as much time with all of our favorite people as possible and that includes you!
Yes, Monterey has a good amount of uber/lyft and all venues throughout the weekend are easily accessible by ride share. If you want to use a ride share to get to the wedding but use a shuttle to get back to one of the hotels at the end of the night you are welcome to!
Yes! We will have plenty of shuttles and they will be running continuously through the evening and we will do our best to ensure guests can take a shuttle whenever they are needed. Shuttles will return guests to the Hyatt Regency or the Embassy Suites
The welcome party is casual. It is indoor/outdoor right on the beach in Monterey. Please dress for warmer weather during the early evening and cooler weather as the sun sets. The Wedding dress code is cocktail attire. The wedding will primarily outdoors with some indoor spaces in the evening. Please plan on going from warm to cool as the sun sets.
In June the weather is beautiful and warm, That being said, Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea can be foggy and damp in the mornings and evenings and really warm in the daytime. We highly suggest bringing a range of clothes that can be layered and go from cool to warm throughout the day.
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only wedding weekend.
