Is there a designated smoking area?

Yes, if you wish to smoke, please do so by the fire pit only. Please also note marijuana is not permitted on the property.

Appropriate formal wear, please no jeans/ shorts.

Are kids welcome?

While we would love to include all of our guests children, due to limited space it may not be possible. Please find your name on our RSVP list to see your allotted guest count.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is onsite parking at Peacock Ridge. For those needing handicap assistance, shuttle cart service will be available from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, please note bar service will not accept requests for shots or straight alcoholic beverages.

How will dinner be served?

Dinner will be served buffet style, please wait until your table is called.

Can I pet the animals?

Please give all animals their space and your respect.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is expected to be performed outdoors, but in the case of adverse weather may be delayed or moved into the venue hall.

Please let Shane or I know in advance of any dietary restrictions you may have and we will get in contact with the caterer to handle them the best we can.
