Answer

San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) is the closest airport followed by San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Where should we stay?

Answer

We encourage guests to stay on the west side of Santa Cruz as it is closest to the welcome party, afterparty, couple's hotel, and many other shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and iconic Santa Cruz locations! We recognize that the weekend is high tourist season for Santa Cruz (great summer time weather!), and as such we encourage you to book your stay as soon as possible! While we recommend the west side for convenience, there are many hotel options on the east side of Santa Cruz (near Pleasure Point) or Capitola as well.

Should I go to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! Amanda and Sam are so excited to see everyone, and they know how much effort everyone makes to get to a wedding! We want to say thank you to those we see often and not so often, and to those who travel from near and far! Come and hang out for a little, or for the whole evening before the big day!

What should we do in Santa Cruz?

Answer

Amanda and Sam love to visit Natural Bridges State Park, walk Westcliff Dr. by the lighthouse and Steamers Lane, grab a beer at Humble Sea Brewery, or a coffee at Cat & Cloud!

What are we drinking at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding venue, including ceremony and reception, will offer a variety of great beers and wines only. Our hosts have asked us to please discourage the presence of hard alcohol as the venue is a home in a neighborhood setting. Please help us leave a good impression! Cocktails and spirits will be available at the afterparty!
