Hello wedding guests! A block of rooms has been reserved for the convenience of our guests traveling from out of town - or those just wanting to give up driving for the night! Rooms are secured for both Friday night and Saturday night - allowing you to choose one or both nights at the group rate. Room rates will be $129 /$139 per night, plus taxes (depending on room type). Please note that beginning in 2026 the hotel will begin charging a parking fee of $10 per night for guests with vehicles. The hotel does offer shuttle service to/from the airport. The hotel will also have shuttle service available to and from the Wedding/Reception venue at Columbia Ballroom. Make your reservations soon! We'll be watching closely and adding more rooms as needed. Please reserve rooms in the wedding block by January 8, 2026 (the same date as your RSVP deadline). After January 9, any remaining rooms in the block will be released for general sale and additional reservations will no longer be available at our discounted group rate. OR you can phone reservations at 1-800-321-2211. Be sure to reference the Kroupa Tamerlano Wedding Room Block when phoning for reservations. Are you a Marriott Bonvoy member? Guests wishing to book a room using points should do so through the app or Marriott Bonvoy's website. Guests can also book in the Wedding Block and add their Bonvoy number to the reservation to earn points and stay credits. We're looking forward to celebrating with you!
