It all began on a night out at Farmhouse on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach — the kind of place neither of us expected to meet “our person.” We happened to be sitting next to each other at the bar, not saying much at first. But eventually, we started talking… and talking… and talking. Amanda found out Ryan was 24 at the time — a bit younger than her — and she immediately thought, “Yeah, this probably won’t go anywhere, he's just a baby.” But Ryan had other plans. His persistence quickly won her over, and before long, we were totally head over heels for one another. A few months into dating, we found out that we had actually been at Farmhouse on the same night, just four months before we officially met. Amanda had posted a photo from that night, and when we looked at it later, Ryan was in the background — standing right behind her the whole time. Neither of us had any idea. Some people call it coincidence. Others call it the invisible string theory — the idea that certain people are meant to cross paths, no matter the timing. Whatever it was, we’re glad it led us here.
