Question
How do I book my room?
Answer
You should book your room through the link provided in the "Travel" tab. Our discounted room block rates were negotiated to be the best possible guest rate. If you happen to find a lower rate on any third party site, please let Amanda or Roberto know - we want our guests to get the best deal! Please note: The room block will be held until July 15, 2026, after which room rates and availability may change.

Can we get discounted rates for extra days?
Answer
Yes! You can get the discounted room rate for days prior to the Wedding Day and days after. Just add the date range to your reservation request.
Question
What room should I pick?
Answer
If you are looking for a more luxurious stay we recommend choosing one of the castle rooms. These come with butler service and some special amenities.
Question
How many nights should I book?
Answer
We would love if our guests could join us starting Wednesday but understand that it might not be possible for everyone. We do ask that all guests arrive for the welcome party on Friday and can begin checking out Sunday.

How far is the resort from the Punta Cana airport?

The hotel is only a 15 minute shuttle away!

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, in order to travel to the Dominican Republic a valid US passport is necessary and it must be active at least 6 months from date of return as airlines can deny guests boarding. Make sure to check your expiration dates now :)

Will the wedding events be held outdoors?
Answer
Yes! All of our wedding weekend events will take place outdoors. Please keep this in mind when you are picking your outfits for the weekend. The wedding will not take place on the beach and will be on pavement.

While we love your little ones, the resort is adults-only (18+), so children won’t be able to attend. We really appreciate your understanding and making arrangements to celebrate with us!

Are there options for dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Yes! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, so that we can accommodate your needs.

I see that there is a 3-night minimum, is that true?
Answer
Yes, the resort does have a 3-night minimum and we hope you can join us for all the fun events we have planned. We do understand that, it might not be possible for everyone. So if you cannot stay the 3-nights please contact Amanda or Roberto and we can work with our travel agent to see what is possible but cannot guarantee the outcome.

Am I able to pay for my room over time?
Answer
Yes! Once your reservation request has been accepted and your deposit has been submitted, you can make payments through this link (https://www.experienceluxetravel.com/payment). You can make monthly payments or break it up however you would like from now until August 15 when final payment is due.
