We kindly ask that you let as know as soon as possible but please let us know at the latest by September 9, 2022.
We will be so sad that we can't celebrate our big day with you, but we understand that life can get in the way sometimes! We do ask that you still RSVP and select "Will Not Attend", that way we will know that you are unable to make it.
Our ceremony starts promptly at 3:30! To avoid any interruptions and to keep everything on schedule we ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time.
We want everyone to look and feel their best on our big day, so we are asking everyone to follow a semi-formal dress code. No jeans, please! also, please do not wear white (;
Colorado Springs has a lot of great options for stay, at a variety of price points. If you check on the travel tab we have listed several locations that you could stay at, all within a five mile radius of the venue. While, you can choose where you want to stay, we have a room blocking, with a discounted rate, at the Hilton Garden Inn on 125 North Cascade Avenue (please see the travel tab for more information).
As much as we love you and your kiddos, in order to provide a night of relaxation to our guests (and parents!) we ask that this be an adults only event. However, any children that are over the age of 16 who are invited will be specified on your RSVP!
Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you did receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that phones be turned off and put away during the actual ceremony. We have hired a professional wedding photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. We'd hate to have a well-intentioned person's phone or device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We can't wait to see all your reception photos and we promise to share our photos of the ceremony!
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide travel accommodations to the venue. However, both the ceremony and the reception are hosted at the same location and we have a list of suggested places to stay that are all less than five miles away from the venue site!
Following the ceremony, the couple, their family, and bridal party will be getting photos taken. During that time guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a hosted cocktail hour, complete with hors d'oeurves and an open bar. Shortly after, dinner will be served followed by a rowdy dance party ... so bring your best moves!
We will have an open beer and wine bar during cocktail hour. During dinner service, we invite guests to enjoy an additional hour of open beer & wine. Anything outside of that, will cost extra. While we love a good party, the open bar will only extend up to two hours from the start of the reception (including cocktail hour).
