Zack and Reid met at George Fox University. They quickly bonded over their love of rock music and a shared favorite band: The Foo Fighters. While on Junior's Abroad in Ecuador, Reid once asked Zack to spray sunscreen on his back. Zack obliged by spraying a large "Z" on Reid's back that remained for the remainder of the trip.
