Denver International Airport

The Denver airport (DEN) is ~3hrs drive from Vail and the most affordable option, if coming from East of Colorado.

Grand Junction Airport (GJT)

While a less convenient flight, you can drive from Grand Junction to Vail if you want a smoother, more gradual drive that is much less likely to be impacted by weather.

Eagle County Regional Airport

This is the closest airport to Vail (~45 min drive), however, it is typically more expensive.

If you aren't able to rent a car, you can take the Epic Mountain Express shuttle up the mountain. Please note however, Uber and Lyft is not as readily available in Vail Valley as it is in some cities.
