What’s the dress code?

Answer

All black everything or costumes encouraged (but not required). Inspiration: forest witches, moonlit goddesses, enchanted fairies, haunted poets, forest archer and more. Come as you are—with an open heart.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thanks for understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:00 PM, so please arrive 30 minutes early to grab a seat and settle in. There is no assigned seating.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Rhythms Event Center has its own parking lot with 47 parking spaces located behind the building. However, we do have an easement with the City of Las Vegas which allows our clients to park in both parking lots located east and west of our facility and marked on the map. Please feel free to use these parking areas for supplemental parking.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

We will be providing a delicious buffet-style dinner catered by Paymon's, complemented by a selection of light snacks and delectable desserts. A full bar will be available, with an open bar for the first hour to kick off the celebration.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you! Please RSVP as soon as possible on our website so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

It’s Vegas, baby—tons of options! However, we’ll be staying at Palace Station since it’s just down the street from the venue. We recommend making arrangements as early as possible and taking advantage of their 30% off promotional offer using code SAVENOWSTAYLATER.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, they’re welcome to join! Please make sure to include their name when you RSVP.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We're skipping the traditional registry. Instead, we’re asking for contributions to our fur babies' vet fund. More info on our “Registry” page. Thank you for your support!
