Must take a ferry from the East part of PR. Beautiful small island! Flamingo beach is the most popular place in Culebra
Vieques
Must take a ferry from the East coast of Puerto Rico. We spend 3 days there and visited almost every beach possible, including the black sand beach. Try to rent a golf cart to drive around in!
La Placita
For those wanting a piece of the night life that PR is famous for. You have blocks of bars, restaurants, and more open until 5am!
Casa BACARDÍ Puerto Rico
Take a tour if the Bacardi factory. Fun fact- Pedro worked here before moving to Dallas!
San Juan
If you do nothing else, you must visit downtown San Juan as you travel in and out of PR, and take as many photos as you can in this colorful and historic area.
Bahía Bioluminiscente
Very few of these exist worldwide.... my best recommendation is to go if there is a new moon, or at least not when it’s full. It’s a peaceful kayaking experience through a lagoon to the bay where the little tiny fish glitter all around you with every motion you make.
Guavate, Cayey
For the ultimate Puerto Rican experience all day long, and for those that are not scared of driving in windy curvy roads up a mountain to get there- this is it!! A live party all day with tons of food, drinks, and little souvenir shops. 100% local everything
