Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding weekend to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

What is the appropriate attire for the weekend?

Answer

The appropriate attire will vary throughout the weekend. For Friday, if you are attending the Welcome Party, the dress code is 'latin casual', think guayaberas and hispanic flair. For Saturday, the wedding ceremony and reception are 'black tie'. For Sunday, the send off brunch does not have a specific dress code, but casual or Sunday best are preferred.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Ritz Carlton will have valet parking avaliable as well as a parking lot for self parking at standard fees.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All events take place at the Ritz-Carlton, therefore no transportation necessary if staying here. If you are staying at LaQuinta, transportation will not be provided however it is located 0.3 miles from all events.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you can make a special request when you RSVP on the response card.
