What is the dress code?

We kindly ask everyone to wear black - formal attire isn't required, just the color!

What is the order of events?

Ceremony: 2:00pm - 3:00pm Rooftop Bar at The Karol Hotel: 3:30pm-5:00pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm-6:00pm Reception: 6:00pm-11:00pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:45pm at the latest, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. Kindly note that the church only offers street parking, so allow extra time to find a spot if you're driving

Can I arrive at the reception venue early?

Answer

There will be a short gap between the ceremony and the reception, leaving time in between. Kindly do not arrive at the venue before 5:00pm, as it will not be ready for our guests until then.

Where can I go in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

If you'd like to continue your celebration before the reception begins, please head to rooftop bar at The Karol Hotel! Shuttles to the reception venue will begin running at 5:00pm.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! As much as we'd love to include everyone, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you've been given a plus one, your guest's name will appear alongside yours.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Florida weather can be very unpredictable. While we're hoping for perfect weather, please come prepared for temperatures ranging from the high 80s to as low as the 60s.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we don't receive your RSVP by our desired date, we'll assume you're unable to attend. We'd love to celebrate with you, but we need to give our vendors a final headcount - so unfortunately, we can't accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will certainly be missed! If you're unable to attend our wedding, please select "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP'd "Attending" but later find that you can't make it, kindly notify Amanda as soon as possible!
