We invite you to RSVP online by searching your name on the RSVP page. You may also scan the QR code on your invitation. For those who received an RSVP card you may also choose to mail it back.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided you will automatically be marked as “not attending”. We will miss celebrating with you but is imperative to provide our vendors with an accurate guest count on the time frame they provided. Thank you for understanding!
We love you all and would love to celebrate with everyone. We are limited in space however and must restrict our guest list. If you were given a plus one, it will be under your name when you RSVP and will be indicated on your invitation.
We recommend arriving between 330-345 pm. This ensures you have enough time to find a seat.
For guests who choose to drive there is free on-site parking. We encourage you to carpool if possible as we are limited to 60 spaces. In the event you need to leave your car overnight you may do so, but it must be removed by 10 am the following day.
Semi-formal cocktail attire recommended. Dress comfortably to enjoy our celebration but please remember this is a wedding. No jeans or sweats.
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn. Guests will walk on paved pathways but will need to step on grass briefly to take their ceremony seats. Cocktail hour will be held on the patio, and the reception will take place indoors. Colorado offers a broad spectrum of weather patterns. In September, one might encounter temperatures that range from mild to warm.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down buffet style dinner with a choice of either bistro steak or chicken. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions.
Yes!!! Please keep in mind you are in the mountains and drinking at altitude can be tricky. 1 drink at altitude = 2 drinks at sea level. Drink Responsibly....
A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place on the patio between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, small bites and lawn games. We will also have a first dance sweepstakes. $1 to enter.
We’d love to have an adults only event and politely request no kids. That being said, we’d rather you attend than not.
We have reserved room blocks at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Denver Southwest/Lakewood area. Use our code PWB for a discounted rate when calling. You may visit the travel page for more booking information. Other hotel suggestions have been provided on the travel page.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
All of our guests are invited to join us for a non-hosted brunch on the day after our wedding. Kindly RSVP accordingly to account for enough space. This is at your expense.
