Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Please check out our 'travel' section - we have room blocks & preferred rates at the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood. Guests are welcome to stay at other hotels in the area, but transportation will only be provided for this option.

Black Tie Optional - Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and long cocktail dresses.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The cocktail hour and reception will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces, weather permitting.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
Yes. If you are staying at the AC Cleveland Beachwood Hotel, transportation will be provided on Saturday 07/19/25 to & from the reception. More to come on specific shuttle times.

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking at Sapphire Creek Winery & Gardens.

Do I need to rent a car if I am flying in?
Answer
We suggest using ride share apps, as we will provide transportation to & from the reception. If you choose to extend your stay and explore the Cleveland area, a rental car could be a viable option.
