What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Formal - Think formal attire that is comfortable for being outdoors! Midi- or floor-length dresses are appropriate and we encourage colors and floral patterns. For men, dress shirts and suits of any color with jacket optional. Footwear should be practical for grass, ie. block heels, wedges, or flats instead of thin heels. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne, as we have several guests with severe asthma.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be open-air followed by a tented reception.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

On-site parking is available, in an open field adjacent to where the ceremony & reception will take place. It is a short walk, but a small shuttle will be provided for those who would like assistance.

What can I expect in terms of weather/temperature?

Answer

Even in the summer, it can get chilly at night in the mountains. We recommend bringing a light layer or jacket for later in the evening (unless you plan on dancing the whole time with us :))

What are our lodging options?

Answer

While we have a hotel room block reserved (please see link under the Travel tab), an Airbnb may be a good choice! We also know some of you will be bringing your camper, and there is a convenient KOA location nearby.

Please do not bring any items that contain peanuts to the wedding. There will be guests with extreme peanut allergies in attendance.
