Question
What time can I check into the hotel?
Answer
Check-in for the hotel is 3pm!! You must either make arrangements to check in the night before, OR come dressed and ready, park your car, and get on the bus. You would then check in later. Early check-ins will most likely NOT be accommodated.

What time is the bus coming for hotel guests?
Answer
The bus will arrive at the hotel at 2:30!! There will not be a second bus and you must catch this one or you will have to drive.

Are children under 12 allowed?

We love your little ones, but due to limited space and our desire to create an adult-focused atmosphere, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, please feel free to bring a guest. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that you attend solo. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Yes. However, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you’d like to contribute further, we would gratefully accept a monetary gift to help us start our new life together.

Can I park at the venue?

Yes, the venue has free parking for those wishing to drive. We ask that all guests who are enjoying alcohol please stay at the hotel or have a designated driver,

Can you bring food and drinks on the bus?
Answer
Yes. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must be in plastic bottles.

Answer
We have spent time and money providing transportation to and from the venue. In the event someone gets sick on the bus we will ask you to pay the cleaning fee. There is no Smoking/ Vaping or chewing tobacco allowed and only service animals permitted.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
3:15pm. Blue Mountain Resort asks that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the ceremony. They do not allow you to wander the property ahead of time.
