They do offer the discounted rate 2 days prior (Tuesday, May 3rd and Wednesday, May 4th) and 2 days after the wedding (Saturday, May 7th and Sunday, May 8th); however, you do need to call to secure those rates.
Wherever you are flying from, there are flights to Colorado Springs. However, you do have the option to rent a car from Denver and drive to Colorado Springs. The drive from Denver to the resort is about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
