What time does Sunday ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 5:30. The doors will closed at 5:25 P. If you do not make to your seat before 5:25 PM, you will wait outside until ceremony has ended.

What time is Saturday ceremony starting?

Answer

Guest should arrive at 12:30. The baraat will start at 12:30 and the ceremony will start at 1:00 PM and end at 2:30 PM. Vegetarian lunch will be served after.

Is parking available for Sunday?

Should I send the couple a wedding gift via Zola or personally?

Answer

If you send us a honeymoon donation on Zola, a fee will apply. To avoid fees, we suggest sending any honeymoon donations to our Venmo(@chaoticpanduh) or Zelle(917-763-0897)

What the dress code for Sunday?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to dress to impress! Since our wedding is in May, we envision a spring/summer vibe. Ladies, think beautiful dresses in pastel colors like baby pink, yellow, light green, and other lovely light shades. Gentlemen, business casual attire would be perfect – think nice slacks, button-down shirts, and optional blazers. We can't wait to see you all looking fantastic!

How do I add additional people to my RSVP?

Answer

You can contact Amanda or Marvin if you want to add/remove plus ones from your RSVP. Please note we abide by a strict count on our guests and will do our best to accommodate our guest's requests.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking for the Hindu ceremony. The Hilton will have a parking garage at a discounted rate. Please mention you're attending our wedding to receive the discount.

Am I allowed to include children in my RSVP?

Answer

Children are certainly welcome to celebrate with us! Just a heads-up that the music might get a little grown-up as the night goes on.

What attire should I wear for the Hindu ceremony?

Answer

The event is semi-formal - a spring/summer dress or saree for women and for men button-down shirts and slacks or Dhoti Kurta. As guests are encouraged to wear sarees/kurtas, we kindly recommend you consider abstaining from meat consumption on the day of the Hindu wedding. It's not mandatory to wear traditional Indian clothing to this event, therefore you have options for your attire.

Is there a reception after the hindu ceremony?

Answer

No, shortly after the Hindu ceremony a vegetarian lunch will be served. All guests must leave the hall no later than 2 PM. The reception will take place on Sunday after the Christian ceremony

When is the cut off time for Christian ceremony seating

Answer

The cut-off time will be 5 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Is the Christian ceremony and reception taking place at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Shortly after the Christian ceremony, there will be cocktail hour followed by the reception.

What is a unplugged ceremony? Am I allowed to take pictures/videos?

Answer

We choose to have an unplugged ceremony to help guests be present and in the moment, rather than focusing on taking pictures. Our officiant will announce to our guests at the beginning to take photos then proceed with the ceremony as unplugged.

Will there be a open bar?

Answer

Yes, an open bar will be available on Sunday's event.

Will there be a photographer and videographer?

Answer

Yes to both!

Will there live music or DJ?

Answer

We will have a DJ and a MC for the Sunday's event.

Will the food be plated or buffet?

Answer

For both ceremonies Saturday and Sunday, it will be buffet style.

If I'm unable to find parking, who can I contact?

Answer

We strongly suggest to call/text our Wedding Coordinator Monique (704) 438 6054 for any wedding questions/assistance. Additionally, we're one big family, you ask other wedding guests for help if needed!

Will childcare be provided?

Answer

We certainly can't wait to party it up with you and your little ones! While we do not have childcare available, we suggest booking a discounted room through our link so you have the option to take your children upstairs for any reason.

Will there be a shuttle service available?

Answer

As of right now, we do not have planned transportation. If you're experiencing any transportation issues please reach out to Amanda, Marvin, or our Wedding Coordinator.
