What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue by 3:20 pm to find your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, followed by the reception at 5:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing white. If you would like to coordinate with the wedding colors, feel free to wear jewel tones (dark green, dark orange, dark yellow). Anything colorful and fun is very encouraged!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on your invitation. The invitation will either specifically name your child or appear as "The (your last name) Family. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is onsite parking at Pocono Palms for guests. However, overnight parking is not permitted, so you cannot leave your car at the venue overnight. If you plan on drinking, please take this into consideration before arriving and plan ahead!

How is seating being arranged?
Answer
We will have open seating for the ceremony, with the exception of the front row for the wedding party and parents. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated by people they know (or their partner or plus one). We want everyone to be comfortable and have a good time!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Please plan accordingly and make sure you have a way to get home safely at the end of the night!

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
