Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

June 30, 2024

Question

when booking resort stay, what does "EP" or "AI" stand for?

Answer

"AI" is the all inclusive plan and "EP" is the European Plan. We suggest doing AI option as it will let you enjoy everything a hotel or resort offers without spending extra, whereas the EP option is only for the room, and all other food/drinks will be charged additionally a la carte

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We need to provide our vendors/venue exact guest count by a certain day. We also need to know exact head count to book rooms with the group discount. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

what should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly

Question

can I extend my stay outside of Feb 27th-Mar 2nd (3 nights)?

Answer

Absolutely! When booking with the group link/using the group code (on Travel page), you can adjust dates for a total of 3 more nights outside of what we booked for, while getting the same discount! Outside of the 3 additional nights (total of 6 nights), you will be responsible for the normal resort fees

Question

Will I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

"U.S. citizens MUST present a valid U.S. passport book or card." If you RSVP, please ensure this will be taken care of well before the wedding. Passport timelines can be unpredictable. Visit link for more information: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/passport-help/faqs.html

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one on the RSVP page, they will appear under your name. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What will the climate in Cabo be like in March?

Answer

Daily high temperatures are around 81°F, rarely falling below 75°F or exceeding 87°F

Question

what time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early to find a seat ahead of time and be ready to start the celebrations on time

Question

can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do’s. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans, polos, or tropical shirts please! For the recommended color palette, see the RSVP page
