When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know you are coming (or unable to attend)! But at the latest by May 15, 2020

Do I have to purchase the item from the registry?

Answer

Absolutely not. Feel free to let your creative juices flow. If you find an item similar to one on our registry at a different location, please just inform the happy couple, their parents, or one of the maids of honor so that we can mark it as purchased.

Yes, please tell us when you submit your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking at Roy's Barn. It is located behind the barn.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately not. If you need transportation, we recommend using Uber.

Can I bring a date?

Please follow the number of seats on your invite. If there are any questions about that, contact the happy couple personally.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony is at the base of the mountains and dinner will be on the lawn. The dance to follow will be in the barn. If the weather disagrees, all events will be in the barn.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! We would love to share our first meal as a married couple with you. The meal consists of brisket and pulled pork sandwiches with sides. There will be nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks available at the site.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #simplyswenson so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Also, please be respectful of our photographers while they do their jobs.
