Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here under the 'RSVP' tab or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome at our special day. However, there will be no childcare services provided.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors at the reception site's courtyard (weather permitting), otherwise it will be moved inside the reception venue.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Guests who'd like to wear a dress can wear sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or comfortable heels for women. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional

Question

What is the parking situation at the ceremony venue?

Answer

St. John's Lutheran Church has parking available in the parking lot and on the street.

Question

What is the parking situation at the reception venue?

Answer

Vintage Fields has plenty of parking to support events up to 200 people. Safety is their number 1 priority so they do allow overnight parking. Out of respect for other bookings, they require that vehicles must be picked up by noon the following day. ADA parking is available in their main venue driveway.

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a time gap between the ceremony and reception. This will allow guests time to get from the ceremony site to the reception site. There will be a cocktail hour prior to the reception, where there will be drinks and lawn games available.
