When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP or by August 1st.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 6:30pm. Please arrive 30 min prior to the ceremony, 6pm, to give yourself time to park and walk to the beach.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will take place outdoors and on the sand facing the ocean. We are having a barefoot wedding. There will be a shoe station to place your shoes and a basket with fresh towels to wipe your feet on your way to the cocktail hour. Cocktail hour will take place upstairs on an outdoor balcony with shade. Shoes recommended. Reception will take place indoors in a ballroom with carpet and dance floor. Shoes recommended.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal Attire: Be comfortably stylish. Ladies: Wear cocktail dresses short or long, dressy jumpsuits, heels or flats. Gentlemen: Wear linen or button down shirts, vests are welcome w/ linen pants or slacks.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Valet is $20 per car for the day/evening $47 per car overnight

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, if your invitation did not give you the option to bring a date please respect that there is a headcount and seating chart.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation gave you the option to include your kids then they are welcome. If not, please find childcare for the evening and enjoy your child free night. Contact Julian & Amanda to discuss further options if this becomes an inconvenience.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately the menu is set. It is buffet style with multiple protein options and vegetarian options.

Will there be a gift table?

Answer

Refer to our registry page for more information. We will have an area set aside where you can leave your gifts and safely deposit your card. We would greatly appreciate if large gifts were sent to our home.

Question

Can we stay overnight and reserve a room? Are there room blocks?

Answer

We would love to spend more quality time with you if you decided to stay overnight. We will absolutely be enjoying the resort the following day. Please refer to the 'Hotel' page for more information.
