Guest rooms will be reserved under the “DeBlasio/Brunner Wedding Block”. Guests may call the Reservations Department toll free (800) 247-5047 or Local (845) 446-4731. Please ask for the DeBlasio/Brunner Wedding Block Rate at the time the reservation is being made. There are different types of rooms with varying rates available in the room block: Deluxe Queen - $249 + fees/tax Deluxe King - $259 + fees/tax The Thayer Hotel will accept reservations at the group rate until the group block is filled, or on the cutoff date of April 19, 2021, whichever comes first. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point does not accept American Express. Guest room cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the scheduled date or arrival. Check in time is 4 pm; Check out time is 11 am. Late check out must be pre-approved with the hotel prior to arrival.
