Coaches will depart at 14:30pm from the Regency Salgados to the wedding venue on the day, with return transport back to the Regency Salgados after the celebrations that night at 1:45am. The wedding ceremony and celebrations will take place at Monte das Oliveiras. The venue is approximately 20 minutes from Albufeira city centre, and taxis will be readily available for anyone making their own way. If you would like to take the coach, please ensure you are at the Regency Salgados by 14:30. Thank you!
As our wedding is abroad, we know celebrating with us may involve extra time and expense. Your presence truly means the world to us and is more than enough. We won’t be having a traditional gift registry. If you do wish to give something, a card is more than appreciated, but please don’t feel any obligation at all. For anyone who prefers to give a physical gift, we’re very happy to receive it in Ireland either before or after the wedding.
It will be warm in Albufeira in September, so please dress with the sunshine in mind. The vibe is summer formal: dress up, look amazing, but stay comfortable. Think elegant fabrics, lighter colours, and outfits you can happily wear from ceremony through dancing. We want everyone feeling their best, not counting the minutes until they can change shoes.
